Live from the wire: BlogSec News

We close up another great month. The team contributed more BlogSecurity articles in October then any other month.

The team were able to release some personalised posts to answer questions (see Which is more secure: WP verse WPMU and the less-technical Should you display a subscriber count?.

Journalists from Washington Post asked BlogSecurity for some information which we hope will get used in a series of "securing your blog" articles.

A new release of BlogSec’s anti-comment spam plugin SpamBam was released. We also made some major changes to our free WordPress vulnerability scanner.

We launched our well received "How to Secure WordPress Whitepaper".

We say congratulations to BlogSec members Sarah Turner and Gareth Heyes who both have life changing events ahead.

As always, thanks to the entire BlogSec team and all our readers for a great month.
